St James Medical Centre welcomes new patients. To register as a new patient, please contact the Surgery. The receptionist will provide prospective new patients with registration forms. These are available to collect from the Surgery, any weekday during opening hours.

All new patients over the age of 5 years old will be expected to attend an introductory health check with the practice nurse. You are advised to make an appointment to see the practice nurse when you pick up a new registration form, as registration at the practice will not be completed until this initial medical has been undertaken.
